Morton's Garlic Green Beans

shallots

garlic

slender green beans
Instructions
Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat until bubbling but not brown. Add the shallots and garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add the beans and toss a couple of times. Add salt and pepper and continue to sauté for a couple of minutes until beans are at desired tenderness.
Wine Recommendation:
Louis Martini Cabernet, Napa, 2004 at $12.95/glass or Conundrum Winery Conundrum, Calif, 2006 at $16.95/glass.
