Morton's Garlic Green Beans
Fresh and tasty! This garlic green beans recipe from Morton’s is the perfect side!
- 1 oz unsalted butter
- 1 t shallots
- 1 t garlic chopped
- 6 oz slender green beans
- Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat until bubbling but not brown. Add the shallots and garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the beans and toss a couple of times. Add salt and pepper and continue to sauté for a couple of minutes until beans are at desired tenderness.
