Cinq's Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
- 1 vine-ripened, seedless watermelon
- 4 vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes
- 6 ounces feta cheese
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 shallot minced
- 1 bunch tarragon
- 1 bunch chervil
- 1 bunch parsley
- Salt and pepper
