One of the latest additions to the Houston Restaurant Scene is set to POP on Wednesday, August 2nd! a’Bouzy (“ah boozy”) from owner Shawn Virene is named for the charming French village, Bouzy, located in the heart of the Champagne region. The area is known for producing Grand Cru champagne from the world’s most prized grapes.
The champagne-fueled concept features a fresh, ripe menu, seasonal seafood, salads, gorgeous greens, prime meats and a large raw bar. Simple, shareable small plates play sidebar to the jaw dropping wine list with more than 250 champagnes and sparkling’s priced from $12 to over $2,000!
The list really “sparkles” with the best priced and most researched list of champagne in the city — and quite possibly the country! The idea is to make champagne both accessible and affordable, and compliment a menu designed to pair well with bubbles. Hope to see you there! 😉
