Our Easter baskets are brimming with brand new recipes! You’ll love these delightful new recipes we’re serving during our Easter celebrations this weekend.
Planning something a little more low-key? Check out our Easter bread pudding recipes, which are easy to prepare and serve right after Easter Sunday services.
Don’t forget the wine! I’ve also included wine pairings for your Easter celebrations.

We love everything about this ham from Elizabeth Heiskell’s new cookbook, What Can I Bring? Just as its name proclaims, this Cola Brown Sugar Glazed Ham uses a little soda for this exceptionally juicy ham recipe. There’s even a little hint of orange for a delightfully bright twist. Easter Lamb

This dish is all about the meat, with simple ingredients like fresh thyme, garlic and a little ground mustard. My favorite part? The little addition of a little red wine! You can make the marinade for Lamb Chops in minutes. You’ll find this recipe in Valerie Bertinelli’s new cookbook, Valerie’s Home Cooking, where she recommends using the highest quality chop you can find. View more Easter hams and lambs here.
My red wine fans will love this lamb with the Fidelity Zinfandel from Nick Goldschmidt, a very well-respected wine producer in Sonoma. It’s about $20 a bottle at H-E-B.
New Spring Side Dishes & Salads
This beautiful purple cabbage salad from our friends at Dish Society in Houston reminds us of that crinkly Easter basket filling! We promise, though — all of this salad will end up in your belly, not all over your house like that filler tends to end up! Get the Spicy Texas Slaw recipe here.

That stunning Ginger Miso Wedge Salad from Ambrosia in Houston looks complicated, but truthfully isn’t too difficult to prepare this Easter! Get the recipe here.
Don’t forget the carrots for the Easter bunny! This delicious salad from Chef Greg Martin of Bistro Menil is so simple to make, yet so refreshing. Get the Carrots Râpées recipe here.

These Balsamic Bacon Brussels Sprouts are the perfect side dish for your Easter ham or lamb. Get the recipe here. We love when we can pair a salad with wine and here, we’re snacking on these beautiful Brussels Sprouts with Josh Cellars Pinot Gris for $14 a bottle at H-E-B.
Easter ‘Eggs’
We love these no-bake ‘Easter Eggs’ from our friends at Twang in San Antonio! These would be perfect to make with your kids or grandkids — they’re so colorful and festive, just like cascarones! Get the recipe here.

For an ‘Easter Egg’ that’s a little more grown-up, make these colorful Parisian Macarons from our friends at Walton’s Fancy & Staple in Austin. They look stunning on a plate and pair beautifully with the Fleurs de Prairie Côtes de Provence Rosé.
Easter Dessert
We’re in love with this brand new recipe for Blood Orange ‘EVOO’ Cake from Con’ Olio Oils & Vinegars in Austin. It’s especially luxurious served with a little Mistinguett Brut Rosé Sparkling, a stunning new wine find at H-E-B for just $16 a bottle.
