Cresent City Cuisine at Cochon

We’re visiting the warehouse district for one of the most acclaimed eateries in the city and even the country, Cochon. The New York Times gave its praise to the Rabbit and Dumplings — fluffy dumplings and hearty chunks of rabbit meat are braised with carrot, onions, celery root, fresh herbs and wine.
