If working from home is leaving you with food fatigue and you’re looking to freshen up your lunch with a few new options, we’ve got some fresh ideas that will save you time and money in the kitchen.
Tanji stopped in to visit our friends at Houston Life and shared a few of her favorite Peruvian and Japanese fusion dishes at Pacha Nikkei. She shared their cozy Momo’s Caldo de Gallina, a recipe inspired by the chef’s mom, and what Houston Press calls “Houston’s Best Ceviche” (Bonus: We have the recipe for you).
But, if you’re opting to stay home, we’re sharing a couple versatile to make a super simple make-ahead cup o’ noddles, and a favorite H-E-B wine. Check out the full segment here!
PS: Thank you, Kuhl-Linscomb, for setting our beautiful table spread!
Tanji’s Wine Picks:
A special thanks to KPRC + Houston Life for having me on. As always, all of these bottles (and many more!) can be found at your local H-E-B. Wine prices are subject to change and may vary.
