Frosé has become a summer classic. One of Tanji’s personal favorites, this rosey wine is so refreshing when blended with strawberries, lemon juice and a touch of sugar. Freeze a bushel of your juicy end-of-season blackberries for this cooling drink from The View From Great Island. Simply wash and dry your fruit and pop them in the freezer for an hour or two until they’re frozen solid, then blend! We suggest you use the Don Simon Floral Sangria ($10) – the dark blackberry goes so well with the rich fruit and spice notes of this red wine sangria.
