Melana Dalby says
Is there a recipe for the gravy that is poured on top; or is it the juices from the meatloaf?
Thx
Michael Halbach says
Tanji – What is the brown sauce that the Chef put on the top?
Tanji says
He makes the gravy from the broth from cooking the meatloaf and adds half ketchup and half BBQ sauce. The amounts would change presumably based on the amount of broth you get. I would just slowly add ingredients until it gets to the consistency you like it at.
