The holidays are one of the busiest times of the year and like many of you, we’re always looking for ways to save time and money! Tanji visits our friends at the KPRC studio to share one of her favorite storebought recipe ingredients — puff pastry. She demos some of her favorite recipes she uses it with including a leftover-friendly pot pie, these easy spinach and feta pie appetizers, and a baked salmon with that same filling to stretch a meal. Also, a few favorite restaurants, Kenny and Ziggy’s that uses it in their chicken pot pie and Island Grill which use puff pastry’s thinner layered cousin filo dough to make their baklava!
