ZINC BISTRO & CHARLES COURTYARD PATIO
Nestled comfortably inside a structure more than a century old. In the late 1800’s, the building housed a German newspaper press. The word “Zinc” holds historical significance as well. The idea of using zinc as an alternative surface for bar and table tops began in France in the early 1900s and became popular because of its availability and cost effectiveness. Before long, the word “zinc” (pronounced “zonc” in French) became a household term to describe what is now commonly referred to as a “bar.” Accordingly, phrases like “getting zoncked” and “being zonckered” came into being.
It is an ideal space for dinners up to 40 people and stand-up receptions with up to 80 guests.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM: $3,500.00
