Let’s pop the cork and take a sip down memory lane! We’ve had some amazing wines over the last nine seasons of Goodtaste. We’re taking a stroll back through the seasons to pay homage to a few of our favorite wines that have stood the test of time. From robust reds to crisp whites, these bottles have been our partners in crime, our mood boosters, and our conversation starters. Grab a glass, kick back, and let’s raise a toast to the wines that have added unforgettable flavor to Goodtaste!
Ultimate Provence Rose – $19
This is a classic French rose with notes of raspberry, strawberry, and blood orange. It pairs perfectly with seafood, chicken, and even a charcuterie board!
Alma Negra M Blend – $20
A bonarda grape and malbec blend, this wine comes from a well-known wine-making family in Argentina. This wine offers deep flavors of dark plums and blueberries and pairs well with anything you throw on the grill.
Raeburn Sonoma County Chardonnay – $17
This is a beautiful chardonnay from the gorgeous Russian River Valley in California. You’ll get notes of fresh pear and crisp apple, with just a hint of vanilla. This wine pairs well with a cheese tray, pasta, and chicken.
Ride Napa Cabernet – $47
This is the priciest bottle on this list, but it’s a great wine and well worth it! The winemaker is a woman and a Texan—a winning combination! The grape for this luscious cabernet comes from the famed Howell Mountain in Napa.
Portlandia Pinot Noir – $23
This pinot noir from Oregon is a refined wine with delicate layers of flavor and tons of finesse. Bing cherry, cocoa, and a hint of spice make it velvety smooth on the palate with nice acidity. This wine won’t dominate the food but will complement it perfectly.
Suavia Soave Classico – $16
This Italian wine is bright, crisp, and zesty. It will pair perfectly with decadent seafood pastas, brothy soups and risotto.
2020 H3 Cabernet Sauvignon – $15
I love Washington State cabernets for their lushness and softness. On the palate, you’ll taste dark cherries and blackberries plus vanilla notes from the oak barrels.
Juan Gil Monastrell – $13.50
The Juan Gil Monastrell (or Mourvèdre) from Jumilla on the Spanish coast is aged in French oak. You’ll taste dark fruits, plums, crème de cassis, and plenty of toasty notes from that French oak in this full-bodied wine.
Michael David Sauvignon Blanc – $22
This wine from Lodi, California is light, crisp and refreshing with notes of white peach, Granny Smith apple and tropical fruits. This is the perfect wine for warmer weather.
Astica Malbec – $7
This Argentinian malbec is just the thing for any kind of outdoor grilling, with its cherry and pomegranate jamminess. Grab a case – that incredible price is not a typo!
