This week, Tanji joins Goya Executive Chef Fernando Desa in the kitchen to combine the phenomenal taste of birria with Columbian arepas to create a winning dish: Beef Birria Arepas. This recipe starts with beef, followed by a parade of spices like oregano, minced garlic, cumin, and even cinnamon sticks combined with a red enchilada sauce.
