S11E4 – Fork Finds: Tillie’s Cafe

In the German town of Schulenburg, there’s a saying the town is “halfway to everywhere.” And for frequent travelers of the Lone Star State, that saying probably rings true! So, what better place for a Fork Find stopping point? That’s why our fork led us to Tillie’s Café on Main Street in Schulenburg. Tillie’s is a coffee house with great food, to boot! Tillie’s is easy to get to no matter where you’re headed on I-10. And their coffee alone is worth stopping for. But their burgers are pretty amazing, too. And their signature Banana Bread Pudding? One bite is worth the drive from just about anywhere in the state!
