Goodtaste with Tanji x The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa Holiday Giveaway 2026 – Official Rules

1. Sponsor. The Giveaway is sponsored by Goodtaste with Tanji, 7700 Broadway, Suite 104 Box #149, San Antonio, TX 78209 (“Sponsor”). Questions about the Giveaway may be sent to [email protected]. The prize is provided by The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa, 111 N. Post Oak Lane, Houston, TX 77024 (“Prize Provider”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, or Google LLC. By entering, you release Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and Google from any responsibility relating to this Giveaway.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry and have a valid Instagram account set to public. Employees of Sponsor and Prize Provider, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
3. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) on November 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 11, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter. Visit the official entry page at https://sweepwidget.com/c/103201-o5tld3sc (the “Entry Page”), which walks entrants through each step below. To be eligible, entrants must complete Steps 1 and 2 during the Giveaway Period. Step 3 is optional and earns bonus entries:
1. Sign up for the Goodtaste with Tanji newsletter on the Entry Page (required);
2. Follow @goodtastetv on Instagram (required); and
3. Subscribe to Goodtaste with Tanji on YouTube through the Entry Page (optional) for BONUS ENTRIES.
Entry limits. Steps 1 and 2 are required to enter. Subscribing to Goodtaste with Tanji on YouTube earns bonus entries. Bonus entries count only if Steps 1 and 2 are also completed. Each person may enter only once through the Entry Page. Existing newsletter subscribers, followers, and YouTube subscribers are eligible and must still complete the steps on the Entry Page to receive entries.
Use of multiple accounts, automated entries, or any other method to exceed the entry limits will result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete, late, or not in compliance with these Official Rules are void.
5. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about December 14, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will verify that the selected entrant completed Steps 1 and 2. The winner will be announced on @goodtastetv on December 14, 2026 and contacted by a member of the Goodtaste with Tanji team via direct message from @goodtastetv and/or the email address used to enter. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor may require the winner to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where lawful).
Beware of impersonators: A member of the Goodtaste with Tanji team will reach out to the winner directly, only through @goodtastetv or the email address used to enter. Sponsor will never ask for payment, a credit card number, or a password to claim a prize.
6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive:
– One (1) night of accommodations in a Traditional Guestroom at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa on a Friday or Saturday night;
– One (1) $50 dining credit at TRIBUTE Restaurant, valid during the stay; and
– Complimentary self-parking for the duration of the stay.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $700. The prize will be provided as a gift certificate valid through May 31, 2027. The expiration date is non-extendable, and the gift certificate must be presented upon arrival.
Guest room reservations may be made up to thirty (30) days prior to the desired stay date and are subject to availability. To book, contact The Houstonian Reservations at 713-680-2626 or [email protected]. Accommodations and late check-out are based on availability. Minimum check-in age and maximum room occupancy are determined by The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa in accordance with its policies in effect at the time of the stay, and the winner and any accompanying guests must meet those requirements to redeem the prize.
The $50 TRIBUTE dining credit has no cash value and must be used during the stay. A credit card may be required at check-in for incidentals. All costs not listed above, including transportation, incidentals, additional nights, spa services, room upgrades, and gratuities, are the winner’s responsibility. The prize is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may be substituted by Sponsor or Prize Provider with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize and may be asked to provide a completed IRS Form W-9; because the prize value is $600 or more, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099.
7. Privacy. By entering, you agree to receive the Goodtaste with Tanji newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Information collected will be used to administer this Giveaway and send the newsletter, as described in Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.goodtaste.tv/privacy-policy/. Sponsor may share the winner’s name and contact information with Prize Provider solely to fulfill the prize.
8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor and Prize Provider may use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Giveaway without further compensation.
9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and select a winner from eligible entries received before that action. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Provider, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
11. Governing Law. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
12. Winner’s Name. For the winner’s name, send a request by email to [email protected] or by mail to Sponsor’s address above, received by January 31, 2027.
