There are a lot of fantastic crab cakes in Houston–I’m a fan of many! But, there’s one spot that, I think, does the best crab cake in Uptown–Masraff’s. This crab cake is ALL crab–it’s delicious.
Masraff’s serves their colossal crab cake on a dollop of buerre blanc laced with raspberry reduction, and then it’s topped with a saffron aioli. I have the recipe right here–enjoy!
