El Burro's Avocado Margarita
Oh yes, it's a creamy affair with fresh avocado in the mix of this margarita from El Burro in Austin. Hint: Use Kold-Draft ice cubes and thank us later!
Ingredients
- 1¾ ounces Altos tequila
- ¾ ounces fresh lime juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce Cointreau
- ¼ avocado
- 6 Kold-Draft ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend. Serve in a margarita glass that has orange oil expressed and the rim salted.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
