Cook chicken breasts ahead of time either in oven or slice and sauté in olive oil.
Heat olive oil in skillet and add mushrooms. Saute for a few minutes then add garlic. Stir together and let cook for a couple of minutes. Add cooked chicken, salt and pepper to season. Pour in white wine and let simmer for a few minutes till wine begins to cook down. Add half and half and parmesan. If sauce becomes to thick add more half and half. Add broccoli and cooked and drained pasta to sauce. Let sauté for a few minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.
Pairs nicely with a light chardonnay or Pinot Grigio.

- 1/4 c White wine

- 1/2 c Broccoli, barely cooked
- 1-2 Chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 c Penne pasta, cooked
