
Jaguar Colada from Goya
Ingredients
- 1 cup Goya coconut milk
- 1 cup Goya coconut water
- 1 cup Goya passion fruit cocktail
- ¾ cup white rum
- 2 Tbsp Goya lime juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- dragon fruit wedges, cubed pineapple, cherries, and kiwi slices to make six fruit skewers for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In blender, mix coconut milk, water, passion fruit cocktail, rum, lime juice and ice until smooth.
- Divide piña colada among 6 glasses. Garnish cocktail with a skewer of fruit such as dragon fruit, pineapple, cherry and kiwi.
Notes
*To make this a mocktail, substitute coconut water for the white rum.
