Myron’s Prime Steakhouse – Stuffed Tomatoes
Baked beautifully from Myron's Prime Steakhouse, these Stuffed Tomatoes are topped with Gorgonzola cheese and toasty breadcrumbs.
Ingredients
- 1 4x4 tomatoe
- 1/4 c Gorgonzola
- 2 tsp green onion
- 2 Tbs bread crumbs
- Myron's seasoning
- olive oil drizzle
Instructions
- Cut tomato in half
- Remove stem
- Use scoop to remove meat from the center of each half of tomatoes
- Place 1 tspn of green onions in each half
- Scoop gorgonzola cheese, level and place on top of green onions
- Place both halves in rarebit dish
- Season w/Myron's seasoning and top with bread crumbs
- Microwave for 30 seconds until tender
- Place in 450 degree oven for 12 minutes
- Top with olive oil
Notes
NOTE: Use only 1 half of tomatoes for mixed grill
