Cocktails for a top shelf cause! San Antonio’s own Cocktail Conference (SACC) was the first of its kind in Texas. Modeled after the wildly popular Manhattan Cocktail Classic and New Orleans’ Tales of the Cocktail event, this gathering of goblets is back in the Alamo City for yet another go-around, January 16 – 19th.

There’s an incredible magazine I grab every time I’m in Austin, partly for the spectacular images that pop off the pages but mostly for the wonderful content inside. Edible Austin promotes local food in Austin and Central Texas and now, the publication is coming to San Antonio!

Ahhh! The San Antonio Cocktail Conference 2013 is already approaching THIS week! This four-day, fun-filled event (Jan 17-20) comes complete with daytime seminars, two competitions, evening cocktail parties — and it’s all for a good cause. Last year’s inaugural event was a huge success, raising $57,000 for HeartGift!
