Enjoying an incredible meal at Masraff’s on Post Oak Boulevard just got even better. They’ve added a cool new ‘enomatic’ wine dispenser, which means you’ll be able to create your own wine pairing meal every time you dine there! No more worries finding a wine that will taste great with a variety of dishes – now you can hone in on a perfect pairing for each course.
Masraff’s Sommelier Ben Roberts (H-Town’s 2012 Iron Sommelier), changes the selections weekly. He says the technology allows Masraff’s to sell very fine wines by the glass…wines that normally would only be available by the bottle.
For instance, the beautiful purple snapper dish that Chef Dominic Juarez prepared. You can pair this dish with a glass of the Puligny-Montrachet 2010 from Domaine Jean Marc Boillot — not a wine you often see available by the glass!
