Spicy shrimp, avocado and cilantro rolled uramaki style (rice on the outside), wrapped with fresh yellowtail and habanero masago caviar. Drizzled with Spicy Sashimi sauce.

Peppered Tuna Roll
Kanikama crab, tempura crumbs, avocado and green onions rolled uramaki style wrapped with pepper-crusted tuna topped with Las Vegas sauce and Sriracha sauce.
Pairing: Enza Rosé
Shrimp tempura and masago caviar rolled uramaki style and wrapped with fresh tuna, avocado and strawberry. Drizzled with sweet kiwi sauce and Las Vegas sauce.
Pairing: Spätlese Riesling
A foundation of sushi rice layered with Tampa Bay sauce (thinly chopped crab salad), masago caviar and sliced avocado topped with spicy salmon.
Sprinkled with furikake (traditional rice seasoning) and drizzled with wasabi cream sauce, garnished with orange tobiko caviar, black tobiko caviar, wasabi tobiko caviar and habanero masago caviar.
Bite-sized cuts of tuna topped with sliced avocado, orange tobiko, black tobiko, wasabi tobiko and green onions in our LIR sauce (a light spicy sauce).
