Coo over my homemade Cranberry Tart Pie [above], Glazed Cranberries and a snappy Cranberry Margarita Martini. 😉
The pie takes about ten minutes in the oven to cook evenly throughout. Simple stuff. A tip: I like to line my crust with foil so it doesn’t get burnt.
Make sure you make the sugar coated cranberries at least one day prior to when you’d like to enjoy them. Prep time is only about 15 minutes (boil sugar, water, a little cinnamon, take off heat and add cranberry) but they take around 8 hours to completely chill!
