Dinner with feature a seasonal hors d’oeuvre with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial. First course will feature Pan-Seared Turbot with Shrimp & Crab Polenta Cake with Shibumi Knoll Buena Tierra Vineyard Chardonnay. Second course will feature a Duet of Herb-Crusted Ostrich & Wild Board with Triple Seven Broken Rock Vineyard Red Blend. Third course will feature Seared Wagyu Filet with a Triple Seven Broken Rock Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Vertical of 2012, 2013, and 2014. Fourth course will feature a Blueberry Tart with Raspberry Mousse.
