HOUSTON-AREA

Ana’s Confections / Downtown Rosenberg

Located in Historic Downtown Rosenberg, this gem of a coffee shop will instantly brighten your mood! Think bright floral decorations and pink everything — the walls, the accents, even the straws are shaped like little pink hearts. Honestly, photos don’t do it justice, you have to see it in person. And since it’s within walking distance of a bunch of antique shops, you can easily turn your visit into a full day of exploring. Humble Grounds Coffeehouse / Katy & Fulshear

Coffee and community come together at Humble Grounds Coffeehouse. This spot is loved by locals not just for its superb coffee, but as a faith-based gathering place for fellowship. There’s even a community bulletin board where visitors can swap scriptures and spiritual thoughts for the day. Slow Drip / Downtown Houston

Using a custom multi-hour distillation process, Slow Drip in Downtown Houston crafts bold, rich flavored coffee. Grab a bottle to go (like Brown Sugar Oat or Honey Cinnamon Oat), sip an iced drip, or explore their full lineup of specialty beverages. Slow Drip is open seven days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

SAN ANTONIO

Los Altos Coffee / San Antonio

Los Altos Coffee in San Antonio isn’t just locally owned, it’s locally loved, with an impressive 5-star Google rating across 152 reviews (and counting!). Sip on some of the unique menu items like the Terracotta (brown sugar cinnamon, espresso, and sweet cream cold foam), the La Altena (vanilla, espresso, and salted cajeta cold foam), or the Horchata Latte (homemade horchata, espresso, and cinnamon). Theory Coffee Company / The Flavor Corner

Theory Coffee Company is a specialty coffee trailer in San Antonio, set up in a permanent spot that was once a Texaco station. Their coffee is locally roasted in Austin by Wild Gift Coffee Roasters, and the menu covers all the classics — lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, and more. Theory is open seven days a week: Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What’s Brewing San Antonio Coffee Roasters / San Antonio

Stop in for a coffee, a pastry, or a game of pinball at What’s Brewing — going strong since 1979. Enjoy signature drinks like the Sami (espresso with milk and honey), along with coffee beans, teas, and even merchandise. What’s Brewing is open seven days a week. Café du Bliss / Austin
