Sambuca's Cucumber Crush Cocktail
Sashay your way over to the Cucumber Crush from our friends at Sambuca in Houston! This is a refreshing take on a mojito using pineapple vodka! Now get back out on the dance floor!
Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Sky Pineapple
- ½ oz triple sec
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Splash of Club Soda
Instructions
- Put enough diced cucumber pieces to cover the bottom of a shaker tin. Use muddler to mash the cucumber.
- Add Sky Pineapple, Triple Sec lemon Juice and Simple syrup to shaker. Fill Shaker with ice and shake vigorously (30 seconds).
- Grab a rocks glass and fill with ice.
- Strain shaker tin contents into glass and garnish glass with a mint leaf.
