Very light and tasty, Gluten-free Crab Cakes are steamed, not fried. There are no bread crumbs, making this a low-carb dish, as well. What these crab cakes do have is flavor…the fresh crab is seasoned perfectly. You can buy Clark’s Seasonings at Paesanos 1604 or online.

1. Mix all together except crab and flakes.
2. Fold in crab trying not to break up. Add flakes
3. Check seasoning
4. Place in sprayed souffle cups
5. Cook in water bath till set. Approximately 20 minutes at 300º
6. Serve with lemon aioli and Italian pico de gallo
