Whoever said beer was only good for drinking? Savor this Amber-glazed salmon and enjoy a cold one from Alaskan Brewing Co. while you get to cooking…the best of BOTH worlds!
Method:
Combine all ingredients except fish in small saucepot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Turn heat down to simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. May be made in advance and refrigerated until ready to use.
Coat fish with glaze and grill or bake at 450 degrees (5-7 mins for salmon, 10-15 for halibut depending on thickness) basting frequently.

- 4 T butter
- 2 T honey
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1 t lemon pepper
- 1 T fruit preserves
- 2 lbs Wild Alaskan salmon
