Culinary pioneer Michael Cordúa, joined by his son and Cordon Bleu graduate, David, is blazing a trail of New World cuisine that has critics raving in Houston. Cordúa’s unique Latin-style cuisine blends classic French and American influences in a harmony of flavors that you’ll want to indulge in all throughout the month of July…it’s the Cordua’s 25th Anniversary!
Let’s get right down to business…the anniversary specials! They’re really killer – The Original™ Tres Leches Cake and the Classic Mojito – available during lunch throughout the month of July for a mere 88 cents! The pair of accompaniments are available at Artista, Amazon Grill, all Churrascos locations (Sugar Land, River Oaks, Westchase) and all Américas locations (River Oaks and The Woodlands). The “88” tie-in is commemorative of the year Michael launched Churrascos — 1988 — and his way of saying “thank you” to the Houston community!
Michael and David were kind enough to share a version of their popular Tres Leches dessert with Goodtaste…Spiced Pumpkin Tres Leches perfect for the holidays. 🙂
