All eyes on this impressive Italian expansion. One of my favorite restaurants, Piatti in the Quarry, has a stunning new location that’s just opened up inside the Éilan Hotel Resort & Spa!
With its contemporary, yet rustic decor, the interior of this new Piatti reflects the warmth, charm and welcoming atmosphere of a traditional Italian trattoria. And what happens inside this kitchen is what keeps longtime customers like myself coming back for more.
If you’ve frequented the original Quarry location up until now, there’s good reason to make the short trip north to Piatti Éilan. Check out the beautiful presentation on this salad, found exclusively at the Éilan location. It’s a meal in and of itself!

So cheers to GREAT food, an awesome new restaurant and private event rooms for those special occasions (like GNO!). The Fontana Room, for example, is an intimate space that overlooks the fountain on the plaza and opens up onto the patio. Good for up to 50 guests! We’ll see you soon at Piatti Éilan. 😉
