There’s a brand new (highly decorated) Executive Chef in Robbie Nowlin, one of the most comprehensive wine lists around, in addition to clever specialty cocktails that rock!
Today it’s about the latter; a seasonal sensation from Bar Manager Peter Fitzgerald called the Baked Apple. It calls for the buzz liquor of the moment…whisky. 😉
