When the quintessential dish of Spain meets culinary all-stars from across the country and Mexico, you know it’s time for a challenge!
The 7th Annual Corona Paella Challenge hosted by Chef Johnny Hernandez returns March 13 at the Pearl Brewery. From the looks of it, we’ll be in for a beautiful afternoon to watch celebrity chefs and high school teams go head-to-head to create the most eye-catching paella possible!
In addition…
Live entertainment, wines from Spain, and sangria on the grounds of the Pearl. All of the proceeds to benefit the Culinary Institute of America’s San Antonio campus. 🙂
This outdoor event takes place rain or shine and does sell-out, so when tickets are gone…they’re gone!
The Challenge:
Sunday, March 13 @ Pearl Brewery
11 AM – 4PM
Tickets:
The ticket price is all-inclusive with entry into the event. Enjoy samplings of amazing paella and other tasty bites from the chefs, as well as beverages (beer, wine, sangria, sodas & water) and the entertainment for the day.
Children 6 years of age and younger get free admission.
