The coastal vibe is kickin’ at the latest brick and mortar for Liberty Kitchen in Garden Oaks!
Executive Chef Travis Lenig gave us a preview of the new digs, along with twists to the menu. One we noticed right away is the poké program. Poké is a traditional Hawaiian fish salad, most often made with raw tuna. Here it’s all about customization with your choice of protein (tuna, salmon, veggie, lobster, beef) plus your desired sauce and side.
