Everyone, get your boots on! We’re headed to the Hill Country on Sunday, October 1 for a Lone Star Afternoon of eats, drinks and dancing with the biggest name in Texas barbecue — Aaron Franklin!
This star-studded fall fundraiser from the San Antonio chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier is happening from 2-6:30pm at the legendary Don Strange Ranch in Welfare, Texas. The BBQ will benefit the educational programs and scholarships the chapter provides annually.
Plan for a unique family fun-day that focuses on the art of cooking with beef from one pitmaster extraordinaire! Aaron will also be holding a special Meet & Greet, as well as signing copies of his book, Franklin Barbecue: A Meat Smoking Manifesto:
