When Chef Andrew Weissman cooks, we look, we listen and we taste! While he chose to close the accaimed Le Reve, lucky for us, he opened two new restaurants at the fabulous Pearl – Il Sogno and The Sandbar Fish House and Market. The Sandbar originated downtown as a tiny seafood bar next to Le Reve but it’s now grown in its new location both in size and selection. The wine list offers some wonderful pairings for the seafood fare.
