Tacos al Pastor, Tres Leches Cake, real Margaritas. The patio view this time of year at Aldaco’s is spectacular, plus, there’s a cool breeze now. Sit outside, snack on some savory Tacos al Pastor and then sip a cold real margarita.
In my book, a real margarita isn’t made with sweet syrup – it’s simply tequila (preferably Partida), fresh lime juice and Triple Sec. Nobody does them better than La Maestra Blanca Aldaco. Taste one and you’ll see why she’s won so many awards.
Margaret Fisher says
I can vouch for the fabulous, and strong margaritas. I attended a cooking class presented by Blanca and Tanji. I was hooked on the margaritas immediately..not to slight Tanji’s Key Lime Pie with macadamia crust (use that frequently). Have taken my husband there ever since. Gorgeous view!
