One of my favorite restaurants in Houston is Haven, a seasonal kitchen where I always feel right at home. While the Texas music and terrific attention to detail in their menu keeps me coming back, it’s items like their buttery Akaushi burgers by HeartBrand that really make a statement! This Japanese meat raised right here in the Texas is highly marbled and contains significantly less cholesterol than your average American beef due to its unique fatty acid composition.
