The Corona Paella Challenge is in fine form, once again hosted by La Gloria’s Chef Johnny Hernandez. This annual edible competition is also a benefit for the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and returns to the Pearl Brewery on Sunday, March 15th! From 11:00 am – 4:00pm you’ll indulge in paella prepared by top chefs from San Antonio, across the country and Mexico.
