Executive Chef Craig Bianco passed along some excellent tips for grilling these heart healthy steaks at home with a short demonstration for our cameras. The Akaushi does cook differently than prime. It actually grades about 4x higher when the two are compared!

Chef Bianco uses a simple salt/pepper/garlic house seasoning and shoots for 4-5 minutes max on each side on the grill. This is one premium meat you don’t want to mess with!
