I’ve gotta say…TB’s CAB brisket is one of the juiciest I’ve tasted. Their turkey is also very moist if you’re looking for something light and lean. It’s my personal fave as far as menu items go! The natural smokiness is enhanced with a terrific house black pepper rub:
