Carnivores rejoice! There’s a funky food truck on Austin’s East Side that has BBQ lovers from all over lining up for more. La Barbecue is a tiny trailer that puts out tasty treasures…giant finger lickin’ ribs, homemade sausage and the juiciest of briskets!
Speaking of brisket, Pitmaster Dylan Taylor dishes on some basics you should know, from common mistakes when smoking yours at home to his “pull test” and what to look for when it’s cooked properly. He even breaks down the recipe to his signature rub on the spot for our cameras!
