We head to some of my favorite hotspots in Texas on an ALL NEW episode of Goodtaste. First, we travel to the Alamo City and catch some supremely fresh seafood at Costa Pacifica. This coastal-inspired Mexican restaurant (which feels like an escape to Acapulco) serves up towers of guacamole and vibrant ceviches. Plus, the owner has been giving back to those in need in a big way since he was 18. Next, we load up our appetites for the ever-popular Bernie’s Burger Bus in Houston. Sink your teeth into massive, sky-high, gooey cheeseburgers, all made in a renovated old school bus. Then, we make our way to the picturesque Texas Hill Country and visit Fall Creek Vineyards. Here, I taste some of the best wine in Texas and see how that almighty Texas heat turns rich, rocky soil into vine ripened bliss at this charming winery.
