How do you like your brisket? Lean and smoky or tender and juicy? Either way, you know you can find it in Texas. I got to join some friends of mine on their “Texas BBQ Road Trip” recently. It was a 12 hour road trip that began north of Austin and ended in between Houston and San Antonio.
