More than two dozen chefs competed in the second annual Paella Challenge at Pearl, and what fun it was! The diverse group of challengers included a number of local chefs like SA’s Jason Dady but chefs from as far away as Veracruz, New York and Washington also came out. The Paella Challenge was sponsored by Corona.
