More than two dozen chefs competed in the second annual Paella Challenge at Pearl, and what fun it was! The diverse group of challengers included a number of local chefs like SA’s Jason Dady but chefs from as far away as Veracruz, New York and Washington also came out.
Giant pans of beautiful, exotic paellas and tons of folks gobbling down every single bite of the tasty Spanish dish made the first ever Paella Cook-Off at the Pearl a huge success.
