The food is incredible with an ambience to match. Lounge at the bar sipping one of their signature martinis, or request a private booth for two for a more intimate, imaginative dining experience. Executive Chef Willis Allen associates the place to the supper clubs of yore…you come, have a few cocktails, dine in and enjoy yourself (as well as the live entertainment) for long into the night. And he wouldn’t have it any other way.
Known for their portioned artisan pizzas and small plates made for sharing, Chef Allen shared a few of the stars off the dinner menu with Goodtaste cameras. Sizzling samplers like the Shrimp Brochette — three U-15 shrimp wrapped in prosciutto and smoked gouda, atop red pepper chutney served with shishito peppers you see above. Um, YUM!
