Original Ninfa’s Pumpkin Margarita

This delicious drink comes from Chef Alex Padilla at the award winning Ninfa’s Restaurant in Houston. The pumpkin puree for this cocktail is a bit time consuming but so worth the effort. Kids can enjoy a non-alcoholic version made with the pumpkin puree and seltzer. Note that the puree is best made a day ahead of time to allow the flavors to intensify…bottoms up!
