A big congratulations to one of my favorite Mexican food restaurants – Rosario’s. The fun, popular eatery won top honors at the Tamalada Throwdown this past weekend at Our Lady of the Lake University. Their delicious creation…a roasted corn poblano and queso fresco tamal.
