Dining out with the whole family can be difficult – especially when you’re trying to feed and entertain the little ones. I stop by to visit my friends at CBS Austin and tell them about the seven acres of fun at Wild Kitchen + Bar in Bee Cave, Texas. Plus, I share three of my favorite, super-drinkable reds – all under $20!
This weekend on Goodtaste with Tanji, we’re kicking off the show in San Antonio at El Mirasol where we taste Caldo de Res with tender beef short ribs. Then, we hop over to Houston for a cheesy 20-layer Lasagna at Carmelo’s Cucina Italiana. Lastly, we head to Monument Cafe in Georgetown to try a sizzling big breakfast of eggs, ham, home fries and Texas toast.
Here at Goodtaste, we are warming up one sip at a time. In the winter we tend to eat bigger and heavier meals like roasted meats and stews.
